Selamat siang.
[Selamat siang] is spoken between 10 AM and 3 PM. After 3 PM, we usually say [selamat sore].

You can also say [siang], like in this video below.
So you can choose whether to say [selamat siang] or just [siang]. Usually, [selamat siang] is used in a more formal situation, but not always.
